01 · Our story
The genesis of the project
Our project was born from the desire to restore and enhance the family-owned building, originally built in the 1970s as a nursing home.
The first founder was our father, Nello, from whom the property takes its name: Ollen is the anagram of his name. We decided to completely transform the use of the building, while still focusing on wellbeing, this time in a new form.
We wanted to create a place where wellbeing and space come together to give life to a new form of hospitality: Eco-Bleisure(eco-sustainability, business and leisure).
The space is designed for unique moments and for rediscovering your own dimension even away from home, through the comfort of apartments with a view and private terrace, together with all the services of a residence dedicated to physical and mental wellbeing.
We have always taken care of people, as a family, as doctors and today through a new project: Ollen.
Eco-Bleisure
We wanted to create a place where wellbeing and space come together to shape a new form of hospitality: eco-bleisure (eco-sustainability, business and leisure).
Respect for the environment has guided many of our choices, from the structural approach to the selection of building materials and furnishings, such as our chairs made entirely from plastic recycled from the Mediterranean Sea.
Our apartments are designed for long stays and are perfect for business trips and work stays.
Our services are designed to support the physical and mental wellbeing of our guests.
